About The Gadget Monument

The Gadget Monument serves as a commemoration of various triumphs, including those of corruption, repression, and shattered dreams. It also symbolizes the prevalence of surveillance and the act of being both an observer and subject of scrutiny.

Within the monument, a surveillance camera captures the perpetual performance of conflicts transpiring in the black basin, frozen in time. This installation highlights the pervasive nature of surveillance and the complexities it brings to our lives.
